Welcome to PROJECT 45

This website is dedicated to the on going construction and progress of a home built flight simulator modeled after the Learjet 45 Aircraft.   I invite you to follow along and watch the progress unfold!

L45-SAM Rev 6 is here!  The L45-SAM "Shell Assembly Manual" REV 6 is now avavilable on the Technical Info page. This manual has over 120 pages of pictures and step by step instructions on how to assemble my cockpit shell section.  I wanted to release the "SAM" to the public to share my ideas and prove to future builders that a full scale flight simulator cockpit shell can be achieved with time and common hand tools!
